About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Priory Group. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and appearance of our services by ensuring the upkeep of our buildings and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake regular inspections of buildings, equipment, fixtures, and fittings to identify areas for improvement.
  • Carry out routine and unplanned maintenance operations to ensure minimal disruption to our services and compliance with operational standards and statutory regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with our maintenance teams to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our facilities and equipment to ensure effective maintenance and repair.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in building and grounds maintenance.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Committed and enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Able to use own initiative and work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and a strong 'can do' attitude.
