Site Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Site Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Resource Options, Inc. The estimated annual salary for this position is $48,000 - $65,000.
Job SummaryIn this role, you will be responsible for performing manual labor tasks on construction sites, including site cleanup, heavy lifting, and assisting tradesmen.
Main Responsibilities- Perform physical labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
- Assist tradesmen with setup and breakdown of equipment and tools.
- Clean and maintain the work site to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in construction and a strong ability to work independently. OSHA 10 certification is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
