Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Halesowen, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods to customers, maintaining excellent service and adhering to delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and deliver goods to customers across various locations, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
- Load and unload goods, handling items with care and attention to detail.
- Follow delivery routes and time schedules accurately, maintaining a high level of organization and time management.
- Maintain the delivery vehicle in good working condition, adhering to company policies and road safety regulations.
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and resolve any issues, providing excellent customer service.
- Complete delivery records and paperwork accurately, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid UK driver's license (Category B or higher).
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role, with a strong track record of safe and efficient delivery.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service abilities, with a strong focus on building relationships with customers.
- Ability to handle and lift heavy items, with a strong emphasis on safety and physical well-being.
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing delivery schedules.
