About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Radis Community Care, supporting individuals with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) and Mild Learning Disabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, food preparation, household tasks, and supporting individuals to keep in contact with family and friends. They will also assist with accessing the community and attending appointments, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.

We offer a unique service that is person-centred and tailored to each individual's needs. Our Support Workers play a vital role in delivering the best standards of support, enabling individuals to live independently with the support they need.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a qualification in health and social care, or experience working in supported living settings and/or with individuals with PMLD. The successful candidate will be able to work alternate weekends and various shifts.
