About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inclusion and Diversity Policy Strategist to join our team at North East Ambition. This exciting opportunity will involve developing and analysing policy options, drawing together spending and financial issues, economic policy, and local governance options.

The role will be focused on providing high-quality advice and briefing to Ministers, leading HM Treasury's response to place-based priority projects, and driving strategic work on local growth.

About You

You will join at an exciting time, leading a strategic view on local growth funding for the government's Spending Review. You will play a key role in supporting the Chief Secretary and Chancellor in negotiating the final spending settlement.
