About the Role:
This role involves working closely with the SENCo and teaching staff to develop and implement individualised support plans, providing one-to-one and small group support across various subjects, and collaborating with teachers to monitor and assess student progress. The HLTA will also contribute to creating a safe and inclusive environment, encouraging all students to engage and achieve their potential.
