High Level Teaching Assistant Opportunity in Newham

Ribbons and Reeves is currently seeking an experienced High Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at a mainstream secondary school in Newham, East London.

The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and be committed to delivering an exceptional learning experience.

Salary and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £30,000-£38,000 per annum, based on experience

About the Job:
  • Support the learning and development of students with SEN, including provision of one-to-one and small group support
  • Collaborate with teachers and the SENCo to deliver tailored lessons and learning strategies for SEN students
  • Supervise students during lessons, breaks, and extracurricular activities, while promoting an inclusive environment
  • Participate in regular progress meetings with teachers to monitor and assess student progress
