The Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents, including:

  • Assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Supporting the training and supervision of junior staff members.
  • Responding to nurse call systems and providing assistance as required.
  • Reporting on the well-being of residents and liaising with GPs and support managers.
  • Carrying out regular checks on residents and delivering a high level of personal and psychological care.
  • Completing records to a satisfactory standard and ensuring that changeover and keyworker documentation is fully completed within agreed timeframes.
