We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents, including:
- Assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Supporting the training and supervision of junior staff members.
- Responding to nurse call systems and providing assistance as required.
- Reporting on the well-being of residents and liaising with GPs and support managers.
- Carrying out regular checks on residents and delivering a high level of personal and psychological care.
- Completing records to a satisfactory standard and ensuring that changeover and keyworker documentation is fully completed within agreed timeframes.
