Job Summary

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Support Worker to provide personalized care and support to our service users. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and assistance to individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and assistance to service users, including administering medication and supporting with daily living tasks.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

Requirements

  • No prior experience or qualifications are required, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care and support.
