We are seeking a skilled HGV Mechanic to join our Transportation team in Glastonbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of HGVs, LGVs, and vans to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing routine maintenance and servicing, including MOT preparation and repairs
  • Diagnosing and rectifying faults using specialist diagnostic equipment
  • Carrying out road testing and presenting vehicles for test
  • Supporting our fleet of gritters across Somerset during winter months

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Valid HGV driving licence or willingness to obtain
  • Previous experience as a vehicle technician
