Innova Solutions International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Development Engineer to join their team in Shrewsbury, UK.
Job DescriptionThis role involves the verification and validation of powertrain products for the defence land systems segment. The successful candidate will lead technical efforts in areas such as component resourcing validation, post-design services reporting, and inline 6 product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning and resource allocation for engineering programs.
- Create detailed test plans to validate complex components and assemblies.
- Conduct rig and dyno tests, producing technical reports on findings.
- Analyze test results using hand calculations and relevant simulation software.
- Present to stakeholders across engineering and other departments.
- Provide guidance to less experienced engineers within the team.
The ideal candidate has experience with MOD projects, turbosystems, NVH, and holds a PhD in NVH/Analysis space.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days of remote work and two days on-site in Shrewsbury.
Salary InformationWe offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
