Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Adult Mental Health

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Care:
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs.
    • Develop and implement individualised care plans.
    • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans.
    • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including doctors, psychologists, therapists, and support staff.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure continuity of care.
    • Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and organisational standards.
  • Professional Development:
    • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
    • Stay current with best practices and advancements in mental health care.
    • Mentor and support junior staff and students.

 

What We Offer:
