We are thrilled to be working with an international not-for-profit association who provide invaluable support to their members. They are seeking a skilled CRM Administrator to join their Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

The purpose of this position is to maintain the HubSpot platform, ensuring accurate data across the wider business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Data Management: Maintain HubSpot to ensure effective data and processes across the business, managing duplicates and ensuring high-quality, accurate data.
  • Platform Maintenance: Perform general housekeeping of HubSpot behind the scenes, archiving old data, and keeping everything up to date.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with stakeholders, reminding them to update any data and chasing uploads when necessary.
  • Support Services: Support the sales team with creating sales emails, sending requested information, and assisting with ad-hoc tasks.
  • Data Analysis: Use data to provide insights on performance to the wider team.
  • Customer Support: Respond to internal customer queries.
  • Internal Communications: Support with internal communications and website maintenance when required.

Requirements

  • Marketing or Communications Qualification: A marketing or communications qualification is preferred.
  • CRM Experience: Excellent knowledge and substantial experience using a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot.
  • Attention to Detail: Brilliant attention to detail and ability to manage high levels of data.
  • Email Marketing: Strong knowledge of email marketing software's (e.g., HubSpot or MailChimp).
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience within an internal B2B communications role is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent all-round communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Copywriting and Grammar: Copywriting and grammar/proofreading skills are advantageous.
  • Quick Learner: A quick, confident learner with a willingness to develop new skills.
