Key Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with patients and ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment
  • Assisting in patient consultations and gathering relevant information
  • Scanning patients' eyes using state-of-the-art equipment during full health checks
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information as necessary
  • Scheduling treatment dates and discussing finance options with patients
