Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Planner to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will work closely with the Accounts and Creative teams within your agency to build strong client relationships and demonstrate an advanced ability in presenting your ideas and looking for opportunities to bolster profitability.

You will take responsibility for shaping and delivering research and insights for your own projects. This will include performing competitor analysis, reviewing activity, behavior, and data to identify strengths and weaknesses, and making informed recommendations based on your findings.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role (agency experience required) and a proven track record of leading client relationships in a similar environment. They will also have experience of leading and mentoring others, critically assessing the performance of an account, and taking proactive action to address areas of underperformance.

Salary Estimate

£62,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
