Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Agency's delivery of excellent customer service by providing general administrative duties that enable the successful operation of Agency policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide positive interactions with customers by answering incoming calls, directing to the appropriate person, greeting visitors to the office, and contacting customers to support their insurance needs.
  • Stock Management: Effectively manage stock, ordering marketing and business stationery as required.
  • Post Management: Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing post, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
  • Event Support: Support the New Business and Marketing team with organizing external events and updating social media accounts appropriately.
  • Internal Support: Support the Agency Manager with organizing internal events and training, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Credit Control: Effectively administer credit control processes, including customer payments and processing refund requests within required timeframes.
  • Team Support: Work across the Administration Team, providing cover for absences or high workloads as required.
  • Customer Service: Consistently provide excellent levels of customer service in all interactions with potential and existing customers, delivering on promises, meeting their needs, and exceeding expectations.
  • Values and Integrity: Demonstrate high values of trust and integrity, acting as a positive role model in line with the values and ethos of the Agency.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Compliance: Ensure all duties are carried out in a way that complies with relevant external legislation and regulation, internal compliance, and other procedures and local Agency policies and processes.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Deliver ad-hoc projects and/or other duties as required, to support the delivery of business strategy and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Office Experience: Office or front desk experience is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary.
  • IT Skills: Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Maths and Problem-Solving: Good maths and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Workload Management: Able to manage own workload and work effectively under pressure.
  • Team Working: Great team working and ability to build effective relationships through positive behaviors, honesty, and integrity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Focus on continuous improvement, able to use own initiative, and demonstrate commitment to quality and compliance with procedures/regulations using due care, skill, and diligence.
  • Personal Development: Desire to be the best, openness to personal development, learning new skills, and own transport and full UK driving license.
