About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Willing Care. As an RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse), you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care for individuals with complex mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Administer medication and monitor its effectiveness, providing therapeutic interventions and evidence-based treatments as needed.
  • Offer support and counseling to patients and their families, ensuring the safety and security of patients in a clinical setting.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records, contributing to the overall well-being of our patients.
Requirements
  • RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification, with valid UK NMC Pin.
  • Proven experience in working with individuals with complex mental health conditions.
  • Strong understanding of mental health legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
