Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our client's Mental Health team. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic and supportive environment to provide high-quality care to adults who require acute and secure mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medication and monitor responses to treatment
  • Provide therapeutic interventions and support to individuals experiencing acute mental health crises
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordination
  • Advocate for and empower clients to participate in their own care and decision-making
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all care provided
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the UK NMC and a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
  • Solid understanding of mental health conditions and evidence-based interventions
  • Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in all aspects of care delivery
  • Experience in acute and secure mental health settings is preferred
