Administrative Support Specialist

This is Alexander Faraday Recruitment Careers seeking an experienced Systems / HR Data Cleansing Administrator for a temporary project with a view to moving to a permanent position.
The ideal candidate will have experience of collating information using MS Excel and entering responses onto the company's HR system. The information will be gained from current employees and line managers, this role will also involve the data entry of payroll information i.e. new users, time-sheets and changes of manager authorisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Good IT systems experience
- Strong MS Excel including producing reports
- Experience of any CMS (training will be provided)
- Excellent communication skills
- Database cleansing
- Payroll administration
This is a full time position, with a hybrid option after training, leading to 2 days in the office and 3 working from home. The company has parking facilities alternatively close to public transport.
