The successful candidate will assist with other AI opportunities across Custody Ecosystems efforts, including Account Opening, Inquiry Management, and Tax. State Street's Custody Product organisation is undergoing transformation, requiring an experienced product manager with subject matter expertise, client lens, and industry presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships with FinTechs and STT AI Tech organisation
  • Understanding AI opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience
  • Helping shape development strategy of FinTechs and STT AI
  • Driving adoption of development platforms and measuring success
  • Participation at industry events and being a champion of change
  • Identifying FinTechs that can bring value to STT Custody and Clients
  • Developing business cases and driving senior buy-in
  • Working with Procurement, Legal, and TPRM on engagement aspects

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Global Custody business, particularly Settlements
  • Strong knowledge and interest in AI
  • Prior experience working in Product, Operations, and/or Technology roles
  • Experience working with institutional investor client base
  • Proven track record in influencing change and driving large programmes of effort
