Job Title: Product Administrator

The Ecommerce Product Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining and administering the company's ecommerce product data catalog. This position involves ensuring that all product information is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date across all products and categories on our website.

A minimum of 2 years' work experience in an office environment is required for this role. You should be able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-focused environment with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to extract and analyze information from our current operations systems is also essential.

We are looking for someone with knowledge and prior experience with Magento, understanding of order management/customer fulfillment in an ecommerce context, and basic web technologies (Browsers, HTML, Data files). If you have a strong attention to detail, ensuring product data is 100% accurate and consistent across all products on the websites, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you will be responsible for updating the website content (products, content, pricing), ensuring data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness per company standards. You will also establish and maintain cross-references/interchanges for products and troubleshoot catalog/data issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' work experience in an office environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to extract and analyze information from current operations systems
- Knowledge and prior experience with Magento
- Understanding of order management/customer fulfillment in an ecommerce context
- Basic web technologies (Browsers, HTML, Data files)

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum based on a 39-hour shift pattern.
