Job Description:

As a Technical Consultant at Wanstor, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients. You will work closely with our team to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on and remote troubleshooting: Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues.
  • Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients to understand their technical concerns, providing clear and friendly communication throughout the support process.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to escalate and resolve challenging technical issues.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends through training and self-study.

About You:

  • Experience providing technical support at a 2nd line level or at a 1st line level.
  • Experience of Microsoft server operating systems and technologies, user management through AD.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, incident, problem, and change management.
  • Ability to understand and operate to the standards of Cyber Essentials for IT Security.
