About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Wanstor Ltd. As a key member of our service team, you will provide exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with efficiency and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on and remote troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their technical concerns and provide clear, friendly communication throughout the support process.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to escalate and resolve challenging technical issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends through training and self-study.

Requirements:

  • Experience providing technical support at a 2nd line level or at a 1st line level demonstrating readiness for more.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems and technologies, user management through AD.
  • Ability to understand and operate to the standards of Cyber Essentials for IT Security.
  • A degree in an IT-related field or comparable technical certifications are advantageous.
