Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team in Runcorn, UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to drive operational excellence and efficiency across our manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain adherence to Lean Management System (LMS) standards for continuous improvement (CI)
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Support the creation of CI goals and objectives aligned with site priorities and targets
  • Lead Operational Excellence initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team
  • Explore and assist in the deployment of cost-reduction ideas focused on improving line efficiency and asset capacity
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience
  • Lean Tool experience or Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Experience with MS Excel and ability to input data and generate charts for analysis
  • Foundational financial skills and business acumen
  • Experienced in using root cause analysis methods
