Job Title: MES PAS-X SpecialistRole Overview

The MES PAS-X Specialist will be responsible for providing system excellence for the MBR and MES within operations, covering all areas within PFS and BFS. This includes updating and designing new configurations within the MES system to align with SOPs for the governance and manufacture of medicines produced at Teva.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for updating and controlling all master data within the MES, developing and updating the MES where required to support ongoing development of the operations site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update MBRs in the MES system for existing and new products based on approved production documents.
  • Update MBRs with functionality based on site requirements.
  • Evaluate product change controls and their impact on the MES/MBR.
  • Validate upgrades and SOP/WI updates.
  • Update/create SOP/WI for MES.
  • Support training of new and existing staff.
  • Contribute to promoting a site safety culture by reporting safe and unsafe conditions or acts through the correct channels.
  • Support root cause analysis for fault finding.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field (engineering, IT, scientific) preferred but not essential.
  • Experience using an ERP system, specifically SAP manufacturing processes.
  • Practical knowledge of MES PAS-X, operations, and design.
  • Relevant pharma experience or another highly regulated industry in relation to business processes.
  • Understanding of IT system lifecycle in GxP environments and IT system validation processes.

  • Able to deliver high performance standards.
Estimated Salary Range

£40,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
