We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Marketing Strategist to join our team at Freight Personnel Careers. This role involves driving lead generation and managing marketing campaigns using HubSpot. As a key member of our B2B tech-enabled delivery company, you will focus on executing high-impact campaigns and collaborating closely with the Sales team and external Senior Marketing Consultant.

About This Role:

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven ability to execute creative and detail-oriented marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, optimizing email outreach, and supporting key marketing initiatives that contribute to company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Marketing Campaigns: Leverage HubSpot to create, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive lead generation.
  • Campaign Automation: Build and maintain automated workflows in HubSpot to streamline lead nurturing and conversion processes.
  • Email Marketing: Manage end-to-end email marketing programs, including segmentation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
