About the Role

Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) UK is seeking an experienced Epidemiologist to join our team. As an Epidemiologist, you will play a critical role in supporting our global health programs, conducting research, and providing technical assistance to our teams in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct epidemiological research and analysis to inform our global health programs
  • Develop and implement surveillance systems to monitor disease outbreaks and trends
  • Provide technical assistance to our teams in the field, including training and capacity building
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement global health policies and strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in epidemiology and global health

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Epidemiology or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in epidemiology or a related field
  • Proven experience in conducting epidemiological research and analysis
  • Strong technical skills in surveillance and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
