Job Title: Fire and Security Engineer Tutor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Engineer to upskill as an apprenticeship tutor and pass on their knowledge to the next generation. As a Learning Skills Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and education to our learners, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the Fire and Security industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and education to learners in the Fire and Security industry
  • Develop and maintain high-quality training materials and resources
  • Assess and evaluate learner progress and provide feedback
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Fire and Security industry
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
