Job Opportunity:

Fire and Security Tutor Role:

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security engineer to upskill as an apprenticeship tutor and pass on their knowledge to the next generation.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of apprenticeships to the Fire and Security sector as a full-time Fire and Security Tutor (Learning Skills Coach or LSC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training and assessment to apprentices in the Fire and Security sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and stakeholders in the industry.
  • Contribute to the development of apprenticeship programs and materials.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of apprentices and provide feedback.
  • Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities.

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry experience and qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for education and training.
