About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security engineer to upskill as an apprenticeship tutor and pass on their knowledge to the next generation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of apprenticeships to the Fire and Security sector as a Full-Time FESST Tutor (Learning Skills Coach) on a national level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sector-defined Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours to the next generation of engineers and/or those looking to change career.
  • Work within the stipulated parameters of the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and Ofsted, with a focus on the learners' journey.
  • Be organised, methodical, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to adapt to and support change.
  • Use your own initiative and work well with others to achieve a positive approach to your work.
Requirements
  • Passion and determination to support the organisation in ensuring learning goes beyond the academic, vocational, and technical, and into the learners' personal lives.
