Divisional Sales Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Divisional Sales Director to lead our Financial Services team in East London. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our financial services strategy, driving income and profitable growth within the division.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a highly effective Financial Services team, embedding our core values and principles.
  • Prepare and deliver income and profit budgets, monitoring and reporting on operating and financial results.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of financial services regulation and core products, ensuring compliance and best practice.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators, identifying trends and implementing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and cross-sales activity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as CeMAP or CII equivalent.
  • Ability to work accurately, be well-organized, and adapt quickly to changing market conditions and business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong focus on customer service and team development.
What We Offer:
  • Basic salary up to £50,000, dependent on experience.
  • Uncapped commission scheme, with an OTE of £80,000.
