About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled theatre practitioner to join our world-class theatres team at the Harborne Hospital in Birmingham.

As a scrub theatre practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our team of world-class surgeons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist surgeons during operations, ensuring the smooth running of theatre sessions.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Experienced theatre nurse or operating department practitioner (ODP).
  • Registered to practice in the UK.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
What We Offer:
  • Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
  • Benefits package including 25 days holiday each year (plus bank holidays), private healthcare insurance, and season ticket loan.
