We are looking for an experienced and skilled Operating Department Practitioner to join our Theatre department in Birmingham as a Scrub ODP / Scrub Nurse.
About the Role:- To provide high-quality care and support to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- To work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- To maintain and improve theatre efficiency, safety, and productivity.

- Valid HCPC registration.
- Experience in operating theatre settings, preferably with scrubbing duties.
- Surgical first assistant (SFA) qualification or willingness to undergo training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during challenging situations.
Flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
