Cosmetic Theatre Nurse – Lead Anaesthetic Practitioner Role
We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced anaesthetic and scrub nurse to take on a leadership role within our cosmetic theatre team at Compass Associates, a leading cosmetic hospital in Birmingham. As a lead anaesthetic practitioner, you will play a crucial part in shaping our theatre operations, mentoring junior staff members, and driving excellence in patient care.
About the Role:
- As a key leader in our theatres team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to junior staff members, promoting efficient theatre operations, and maintaining high standards of patient care.
- You will also be required to maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
Requirements:
- RGN or ODP qualification.
- NMC or HCPC registration.
- Right to Work in the UK.
- Minimum 3 years experience within Scrub and Anaesthetics, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional teamwork.
