The Cambian Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nights Support Worker to join our team at The Forum School and Residential Home in Dorset.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to young people with Autism, ensuring their physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Supervise and support young people during the night, promoting a safe and secure environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver a highly therapeutic approach, aligned with the waking day curriculum aims.
- Contribute to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and domestic tasks within the home.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with staff and young people, promoting a sense of confidence and identity.
- Ability to demonstrate good communication skills, including the ability to clarify and explain instructions clearly.
- Experience working with young people with Autism and complex needs.
- Passion for providing a supportive, family environment and promoting independence.
- Enhanced DBS check and reference checks required.
