Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support young people during the night, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Administer prescribed medication as required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with young people, staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Encourage young people to participate in morning routines and activities.
- Provide emotional and physical support to young people, promoting their overall wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate and prompt records of young people's progress and activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a passion for working with young people, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a high level of empathy and understanding when working with young people who may have complex needs.
