Business Development and Commercial Manager Lead

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development and Commercial Manager Lead to join our Heavy Civil business line at Bechtel Oil, Gas & Chemicals Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business development efforts, managing commercial activities, and executing business strategies.
This is a senior leadership role that requires strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development, commercial planning, and strategy execution.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
- Lead business development efforts to identify new opportunities and grow existing relationships.
- Manage commercial activities, including contract negotiations and pricing.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective strategy execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, finance, or economics).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial planning, business development, and strategy execution.
- Proven track record of delivering business growth and improving profitability.
