About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Teacher to join our dynamic team at The Progress Group. As a Community Teacher, you will work closely with students who have faced challenges in their educational journey, providing tailored academic support and essential pastoral care.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS) or be willing to work towards it. You should also have a degree or equivalent, with Maths and English to at least Level 2. Specialist teaching qualifications in a chosen subject are desirable.

- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage student behavior effectively.
- Proven experience working collaboratively with parents, community organizations, and stakeholders to support students with diverse and challenging needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, tailored to engage effectively with students, parents/carers, community members, and colleagues.
