Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cover Supervisor to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd, based in Northampton.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and has experience working in a secondary school environment. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting pupil learning and maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise pupils during lessons and provide support and guidance as needed.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and work closely with teachers to ensure that lessons are delivered effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a secondary school environment.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

A competitive daily rate of £105-130 per day, plus benefits such as free on-site parking and regular CPD opportunities.

Location:

The position is based in Northampton, but we welcome applications from candidates who are willing to commute.
