Job Title: Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to join Niyaa People Ltd in Cambridgeshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organized individual to oversee day-to-day repairs and maintenance, ensuring they are carried out to the highest standards.


The ideal candidate will have recent experience of undertaking a similar role, preferably within a building maintenance or facilities management environment. They should possess a strong working knowledge of health and safety legislation and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in a core trade subject.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day repairs and maintenance, ensuring they are carried out to a high standard
  • Inspect works completed to ensure value for money, efficient use of materials, and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety legislation, promoting and adhering to it at all times
  • Handle complaints and breakdowns in service to meet customer expectations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure work is arranged, prioritized, and completed efficiently
