We are seeking an experienced professional to lead refurbishment projects valued between 5 million and 8 million.
About the Role:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring project progression is smooth.
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and staff to ensure work meets required standards.
- Promote a culture of safety on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, addressing delays or issues proactively.
- Effectively manage budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
About You:
- Proven experience managing refurbishment projects of similar scale ( 5 million to 8 million).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, motivating and managing teams effectively.
- Thorough understanding of construction processes, industry standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
- A CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification are essential.
Salary Estimate: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
