About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of projects from initial cost plans through to final accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing project finances, including cost planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Preparing tender documents, cost reports, and contract valuations.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to a high standard.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitoring financial performance to protect margins.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within refurbishment, renovation, or new build projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, particularly JCT forms of contract.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and ability to manage project finances effectively.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and subcontractors.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What We Offer:

In return for your experience and skills, we offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 plus an attractive benefits package.
