Senior Pastry Executive vacancy at GAIL\u2019s Elephant Park - New Bakery Opening

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pastry Executive to join our team at GAIL\u2019s Elephant Park. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for leading the production of high-quality bread and pastries.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing a team of skilled bakers and pastry chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure that our products meet the highest standards.

As a Senior Pastry Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the production of bread and pastries to meet customer demand
  • Managing a team of bakers and pastry chefs to ensure high-quality products
  • Developing and implementing new recipes and menu items
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations
