Head of Coaching and Advice

As the Head of Coaching, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality coaching services across multiple channels, maximising engagement and access for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement coaching strategies that meet local needs, are effectively managed, consistently delivered, and developed to achieve funder requirements, agreed KPIs, accreditation, and contractual obligations.
- Ensure that clients and the charitable objectives remain at the heart of the coaching service.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to support the Board of Trustees and CEO in developing and monitoring strategic plans that reflect the mission, vision, and values of the organisation.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure effective partnerships and service delivery.
The successful candidate will be an inspiring leader who enjoys creating atmospheres where people can thrive. You will be experienced in managing a team to deliver high performance, while putting people at the centre of everything you do. You'll be passionate about developing partnerships and will look for ways to ensure processes are efficient and accessible, in order for the organisation to provide straightforward ways for as many clients as possible to access services. You will be effective at coaching the people you manage, and able to develop them well. You will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate assertively but calmly and compassionately, speaking confidently to people at all levels of the organisation. A strong understanding of coaching and coaching issues is crucial to support the team with complex work and oversee quality assurance.
