As a skilled Pharmacy Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering an exemplary pharmacy service at our hospital in Oxford.

  • You will advise consultants, clinicians, and patients on the safe and effective use of medicines.
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation and professional standards in medicine management.
  • Promote a patient-focused, multidisciplinary approach to healthcare delivery.

The successful candidate will have:

  • GPHC registration with no restrictions.
  • At least 3 years of post-graduation experience in a hospital environment.
  • Ability to analyse clinical and management problems and devise solutions.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and influencing evidence-based practice.
  • Experience in clinical leadership and developing peers.
