Job Summary:

We are seeking a Clinical Physiotherapist Professional to join our team at Bank Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with diverse presentations and complex physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments of patients with diverse presentations.
  • To develop and deliver individualized treatment plans that address patients' functional status and rehabilitation goals.
  • To supervise, educate, and assess less experienced physiotherapists and assistants to ensure departmental standards are met.
  • To participate in evidence-based audit and research projects to enhance clinical practice.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified physiotherapist with extensive experience in mental health and physical rehabilitation.
  • Excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Estimated Salary: £58,500 per annum, depending on experience. Package includes a competitive salary, generous pension scheme, professional development opportunities, and flexible working arrangements.
