About the Role:

We are looking for a highly competent Contract Management Specialist to join our team at CV Library. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in contract management and contribute to the success of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to meet business objectives.
  2. Manage contract budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate commercial risks.
  4. Provide regular reporting and analysis to inform business decisions.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned, aligned with the scope and seniority of the role.
  6. Demonstrate a commitment to company values, Health and Safety procedures, and policies.

Key Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years' experience in contract management, preferably in a similar sector.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Able to work collaboratively at all levels and foster a team ethos.
  5. Willinbg to undertake professional development, which may require working outside normal hours.

Desirable Requirements:

  1. Ideal professional qualification relevant to the role.
  2. Experience in the water/utilities sector or similar role.
  3. Understanding of current NEC contracts (NEC 3 and NEC 4).
  4. Negotiation skills and evidence-based reporting.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
