Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team in Cambridge & South Cambridgeshire. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meal preparation and assistance with daily living tasks
  • Companionship and social visits to combat loneliness
  • Personal care and hygiene support
  • Administration of medication as required
  • Assistance with domestic chores and household management

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A full driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this position.

What We Offer:

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of £12.50, rising to £25.00 on public holidays. In addition to your salary, you will also receive:
