We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Assistant to join our team at our Cambridge Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital facilities.


Key Responsibilities:



  • To provide administrative support to our healthcare teams, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as required;
  • To assist with the maintenance of a clean and safe environment within the hospital, adhering to strict infection control protocols;
  • To communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Requirements:


We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a caring nature, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. A Level 2 or 3 NVQ qualification in a relevant field would be advantageous, along with experience working in a healthcare setting.
