Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Head of Information Security to join our Senior Technology management team. The ideal candidate will have a methodical approach to risk assessments and security audits, and be able to develop a roadmap of security changes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the information security strategy
- Lead a small team of security engineers and collaborate with internal and external engineers to implement the security roadmap
- Manage resource allocation and budgeting to ensure cost-effectiveness of the information security budget
- Collaborate with the delivery team to plan and allocate personnel, hardware, software, and services
- Experience in a similar role, managing and growing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of relevant compliance for retail technology
- Optionally, relevant security certification (e.g., CISSP)
